Explorer Florida is a curated travel discovery platform operated by BLUE AURA MARINE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Explorer Florida (“Explorer Florida,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our website is located at exploreroutposts.com.

Explorer Florida curates and presents independently owned and operated Florida businesses and destinations for discovery and trip-planning purposes. We are not a hotel, restaurant, tour operator, transportation provider, or booking agent. The businesses listed on Explorer Florida are independent third parties that operate independently of Explorer Florida.

Explorer Florida does not:

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing information, including prices, hours, availability, menus, or descriptions
• Guarantee the quality, safety, condition, or performance of any listed business or its services
• Act as the merchant of record for transactions between you and a listed business or third-party booking provider for those external transactions
• Guarantee that outbound booking links will result in a confirmed reservation or that any particular rate or availability will be honored

When you click a booking link on Explorer Florida, you are generally directed to an independent business or a third-party booking platform. Any reservation, purchase, or transaction you complete through that platform is between you and that business or platform, subject to their own terms and conditions.

4. Listings and Curation

Explorer Florida selects and curates listings based on its own editorial standards. Editorial selection and curation decisions are controlled by Explorer Florida.

Commercial partners may purchase memberships, enhanced exposure, promotional services, founding participation, or other partner services offered by Explorer Florida. Paid commercial participation does not automatically guarantee editorial endorsement or any specific listing ranking unless expressly agreed in a separate written arrangement.

Explorer Florida may earn affiliate or referral commissions from qualifying bookings made through outbound links on our site. Explorer Florida does not currently charge travelers a fee merely for clicking an outbound booking link.

Explorer Florida reserves the right to add, remove, or modify listings at any time without notice.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website contains links to independent businesses, third-party booking platforms, mapping services, and ride-hailing services. These links are provided for your convenience. Explorer Florida does not control these third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, terms, or any transactions you conduct with them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BLUE AURA MARINE, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
